Find a call that isn't showing on the calendar

A saved call that's missing from the calendar is almost always being filtered out. Check these in order.

  1. My Calls or All Calls. Click All Calls on the schedule. My Calls shows only calls you're on.
  2. The production. Open the Production menu at the top and make sure the call's production is selected. Or choose All My Productions and look again.
  3. Draft. If Save as Draft was ticked when the call was saved, only people whose role includes View Drafts can see it. Find it in the list view and click Publish.
  4. The date and view. Check that the calendar is on the right week or month.
