Do people need to log in to see the schedule?

🔵 VirtualCallboard

Every person in your organization needs a VirtualCallboard account, but nobody has to log in to get their schedule. You can send it to them.

  • Email. Schedules, notes and announcements can go straight to people's inboxes. If you've set up TXT messaging, schedule notifications and notes can also arrive as texts.
  • Send Schedules. If your role can add calls, you'll see an envelope button on the Schedule page. Pick the production and a date range, then choose whether each person gets only their own calls or everyone gets all calls. Draft calls and conflicts aren't included.
  • Calendar sync. People can subscribe to their VirtualCallboard calls from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
  • Printer friendly. The relevant pages have a print option, so you can still put a copy up on a physical callboard.

People who do log in see the most current information for their productions. The schedule changes, so anything printed or emailed is only as fresh as the moment you sent it.
