Why don't I see other people's conflicts or schedule entries?

The schedule opens on My Calls, which shows only your own calls and conflicts. Click All Calls at the top of the schedule to see everyone's.

Still not seeing other people's conflicts or fittings on All Calls? That's your role. Roles can be set to hide other people's fittings, conflicts, or both, to protect their privacy. A Manager or Administrator can check your role, or give you access under Site Administration > User Roles.

Prefer to land on All Calls every time? Set your Default tab under My Account > Schedule Preferences.
