Why doesn't my invoice quantity match my productions or items?

On older plans, the quantity on an invoice line counts billing units, not productions or items, so it won't match your production or item count.

To see your plan by name, with its production or item count, go to Administration > Invoices/Payments: it's under Service Packages, and View Invoice names it on each invoice. What you're charged is still based on your plan. If a specific invoice doesn't look right, email support@theemptyspace.com and we'll walk through it and correct it if needed.
