Profile photo won't upload

Profile photos have to be JPG, PNG or GIF. iPhone photos are often HEIC, which isn't supported, so convert the photo to JPG or PNG first.

1. Go to My Account > Basic Information and Photo.
2. Click Edit Photo and choose a JPG, PNG or GIF.

Still not saving? Click Reset to Default Photo and try the upload again. If your old photo keeps showing after a successful upload, reload the page.
