Creating a Custom Permission Role (e.g. "Reserve but Can't Delete")

You can create a custom permission that lets a user add items to a reservation without letting them remove items from a reservation. Go to Administration > Site Administration > Add Role, name it (e.g. "Reservation add, not remove"), and select the specific permissions you want that role to have.
