Understanding user roles (viewer, editor, manager, administrator)

If you can't edit an item or don't see a "pencil" icon, you likely only have the "Viewer" role for that category. Viewer accounts can see items but not modify them. Similarly, if your schedule/calendar isn't showing up at all, it usually means you were added to a production but never assigned a permission level. In both cases, reach out to your site's manager or admin to have your permission level adjusted.
