At this time, the SMS messaging feature is inactive due to updated federal security and carrier compliance guidelines. We do hope to restore this capability in the future; however, when it returns, it will require an additional service charge to cover the regulated delivery costs.

In the meantime, VirtualCallboard’s in-app and email notifications remain active. If the app notifications are not meeting your needs, or if members of your team are not receiving them as expected, please let me know—we’re happy to help verify settings or walk through alternatives.
