Fix the VirtualCallboard app opening the demo or the wrong site

If the VirtualCallboard app opens the demo or an old site instead of your callboard, sign out and enter your site name again.
If your sign-in screen has a web address field ending in .virtualcallboard.com instead of a Site name box, your app is out of date. Update it from the App Store or Google Play first.
Enter your site name
- If you're signed in to the demo or the wrong site, tap the three-bar menu in the top left, tap your name at the bottom to open My Profile, and tap Sign out.
- On Welcome back, tap Use a different site. On the Sign in screen, tap Change next to the site name instead.
- Under Find your callboard, type your Site name: the part before .vcallboard.com in your callboard's web address. Tap Where do I find this? if you're not sure.
- Tap Continue, then sign in with your username and password.
To take an old site off the Welcome back list, tap Remove next to it. That only removes it from this phone; the account itself isn't deleted.
If it still opens the wrong site
- Fully close the app.
- Check the App Store or Google Play for an update.
- Restart your phone.
- Delete the app and reinstall it.
