Fix the VirtualCallboard app opening in Demo Mode or showing an old site address

If the VirtualCallboard app only opens in Demo Mode, or the site address on the login screen is stuck on an old one, you can usually unstick it by retyping the address.
It tends to happen on phones that had the app installed years ago, which can hold on to an old site address.
Enter your current site address
The field at the top of the login screen ends in .virtualcallboard.com (or shows your site's custom domain).
- Tap between the beginning and the .virtualcallboard.com part, even if the field looks locked. The cursor should appear.
- If it doesn't, tap the small ! icon inside the field to reset it, then tap again.
- Type your full site address.
- Tap Next.
Tapping between the two parts is what wakes the field up for most people.
If the field still won't budge
- Fully close the app.
- Check the App Store or Google Play for an update.
- Restart your phone.
- Delete the app and reinstall it.
