Troubleshooting Login Issues on Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)

To help users resolve login issues in the StageStock mobile app, including problems caused by screen size, incorrect site URLs, or app/device conditions.
Step 1: Enter Your Full Site Address
Some mobile screens (both iPhone and Android) compress the login layout, making it easy to miss an important step.
At the top of the login screen, you will see a field beginning with:
https:// .stagestock.com
To proceed:

Tap inside the box

Type your site’s personalized URL (the word that comes before
.stagestock.com) -
Tap Next
If the text field does not respond, you may also tap the “!” icon inside the field to reset/refresh it.
Step 2: Quick Fixes for Common Login Problems
Try the following steps—these solve most login issues:

Fully close and relaunch the StageStock app

Check for app updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

Restart your device

Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data

If needed, delete and reinstall the StageStock app
