Fix login problems in the StageStock app

If the StageStock app won't sign you in, the first thing to check is the site address at the top of the login screen.

Enter your site address

On some phones the login screen is squeezed enough that this step is easy to miss. The field at the top reads https://   .stagestock.com.

1. Tap inside the box.
2. Type your site's name, the word that comes before .stagestock.com.
3. Tap Next.

If the field doesn't respond, tap the ! icon inside it to reset it, then try again.

Still stuck? Try these

• Fully close the StageStock app and open it again.
• Check the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) for an update.
• Restart your phone.
• Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
• Delete the app and reinstall it.

If it still won't sign in

• The exact error message (a screenshot is ideal)
• Your phone and model, for example iPhone 12 or Pixel 7
• Your iOS or Android version
• Your StageStock app version
