Purpose

To explain how to access and interpret the complete lifecycle history of an individual item in StageStock.

What You Can See

Each item includes a History section that provides a detailed record of all actions performed on that item.

Item History Includes

• Reservations

• Checkouts

• Check-ins

• Maintenance entries and costs

• Status changes (e.g., “Removed from Stock”)

• Timestamps for each action

• The user who performed the action

• Notes and comments

Permissions

Access to item history requires the View Item History permission.

Where This Appears

• Available in both the web browser and the native mobile app.

• This is the only reporting-style feature accessible in the mobile app.
