Purpose

To show where users can view recently added or edited items in StageStock using the web browser interface.

What You Can See

The Search and Check Out page (web browser only) lets you sort and filter items based on their creation and update activity.

Key Features

• Items are listed newest to oldest by default.

• Switch from Card View → List View to access sortable columns.

• Creation Date displays automatically.

• Use Show More to reveal the optional Last Updated column.

You can sort by:

• Creation Date → shows newly added items

• Last Updated → shows recently edited items

Important Notes

• Last Updated reflects direct item edits only.

• It does not update when an item is:

  • Checked in

  • Checked out

  • Added to a reservation

These workflow actions appear in the item’s History tab instead.

Where This Appears

• Available only in the web browser version of StageStock.

• Not available in the native mobile app (which focuses on streamlined workflows).
