Purpose

To show where users can view recently added or edited items in StageStock using the web browser interface.

What You Can See

On the Search and Check Out page (web browser only), you can view and sort items by when they were created or last updated.

Key Features

• Items are listed newest to oldest by default.

• Switch from Card View → List View to see sortable columns.

• Creation Date displays automatically.

• Use Show More to reveal the optional Last Updated column.

• Sort by:

  • Creation Date to see newly added items

  • Last Updated to see recently edited items

Important Notes

• Last Updated reflects direct item edits only.

• It does not change when an item is:

  • Checked in

  • Checked out

  • Added to a reservation

• These workflow actions appear in the Item History tab instead.

Where This Appears

• Available only in the web browser version of StageStock.

• Not available in the native mobile app (which focuses on streamlined workflows).
