Fix an error in the VirtualCallboard app

If the VirtualCallboard app shows an error when you open it or sign in, these steps fix most cases. Try them in order.
- Fully close the app and open it again.
- Check the App Store or Google Play for an update.
- Restart your phone.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
- If it's still stuck, delete the app and reinstall it.

Email support@theemptyspace.com, or tap Feedback/Support at the bottom of the app's sign-in screen (Send Feedback at the bottom of the menu once you're signed in), which opens an email to us. Include:
- The exact error message. A screenshot is ideal.
- iPhone or Android, and your phone model (for example iPhone 13 or Pixel 7)
- Your app version
- Which of the steps above you tried, and whether anything changed
That tells us whether the problem is your phone, the app or our server.
