Issue with calls not showing in the App, but visible in the web browser.
This is probably due to it being on a new production that the app hasn't filtered to see. Have the user:
- Go to the Schedule, and click the refresh icon at the top right. (If that doesn't work)
- Go to the filter icon in the bottom right of the Schedule view, and select the production filter drop-down. Click the Unselect all productions box, then select the all productions box. Go to the bottom, and click submit. (If that doesn't work)
- Go to their profile it the refresh button at the bottom. Save & Return to the Schedule.
