Choose who is notified about open call sign-ups

You can choose who is told when someone signs up for an open call, and who is told when the call fills. You'll need the Modify Site Settings permission, and the choice applies to every production on your site.

1. Go to Administration > Site Administration > Notifications.
2. In Call Notifications, set Notify when users signup for an open call. You'll get a message each time someone takes a slot, which is handy for calls with several slots.
3. Set Notify when an open call is filled. You'll get one message when the last slot is taken. If both are on, taking the last slot sends both.
4. Click Save.

Each setting has three choices:

• Production's Managers: the people designated as managers for that production (see choose who receives messages to management).
• Only Call Creator: just the person who made the call.
• None: no message. This is the setting until you change it.
