Add photos to an item

🔴 StageStock

Photos in StageStock belong to an item, so you add them from the item's page. You'll need permission to edit items in that item's category.

1. Open the item and click Edit. (Creating a new one? Click Add Item on the Inventory page.)
2. Next to the photo area, click Add/Edit Images.
3. Drag photos into the box, or click Choose Images. You can add as many as you like.
4. Give each photo a title if you'd like, and pick one as the Cover Image. That's the one that shows in the list and on cards.
5. Click Save in the photo window, then Save Changes on the item.

Photos can be up to 8 MB each, as JPG, PNG, GIF or TIFF (more on file types). Hover over more info in the photo window to see the size limit.
