Is there was a way to batch download all of our deactivated accounts for archival purposes.

Yes, you can get this information, as an Admin:
  • If you go to the Contact's page
  • Select all Productions in the selector
  • Click the icon next to the [-] More options, just below the production selector
  • Check the box next to deactivated users. 
  • It will add those users and add a column for Active/inactive in the table.
