Delete a call

To delete a call, open it for editing and use Delete this Call. You'll need a role that can edit and delete calls: Add / Edit / Delete All Calls, or Add / Edit / Delete My Calls for calls you created.

  1. Go to Schedule, find the call, and click Edit. For a repeating call, choose whether the change applies to only this call, the entire series, or this and all future calls.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete this Call.
  3. To tell the people who were called, tick Notify users? and add a Cancellation Note to Users.
  4. Confirm when asked.

The call disappears from the schedule.
