What StageStock can do

StageStock tracks your costumes, props, scenery and instruments, and it's built to feed the work around them: the pull, the fitting, the design meeting, the return. It scales from a single closet to a whole company.

What's in it

  • Unlimited users and categories. Set up as many as your organization needs.
  • Roles that fit how you work. Four standard roles for each category (Viewer, Contributor, Manager, Administrator), so one person can be a Manager in Costumes and a Viewer in Props. Two standard site-wide Administrative roles each for StageStock and for the settings shared with VirtualCallboard. Build custom roles for anything else.
  • Tags. Create your own description tags.
  • Vendors. Track outside vendors and assign items to them.
  • Spaces and positions. Record where things live, down to the shelf or box, for example Building > Room > Aisle > Shelf > Box.
  • Photos and files. Attach images and other files to any item.
  • QR codes and barcodes. Choose QR Code or 1D Barcode (Code 39) for each category and print labels.
  • Reservations. Create reservations and add multiple items to them.
  • Search. Find items by field, tag or label.
