Send a message to your production's managers

Use Send Message to Manager on the home page to reach a production's managers without hunting for their email addresses. Anyone on a VirtualCallboard production can send one.

1. Go to the home page. In the Message Center panel, click Send Message to Manager.
2. Choose the Production. The managers who will receive your message are listed under Managers.
3. Add a Subject and write your Message. The formatting toolbar above the message box handles bold, lists and links.
4. Click Send Note.

The message arrives in each manager's Notes & Email, and they're also alerted by email or TXT message, depending on the preferences they've set.

A production only shows up in the list if it has managers assigned. Don't see yours? Ask an administrator to choose who receives messages to management.
