Find items removed from stock

To see items you've removed from stock, use Advanced Search and change which items it includes. Removed items are hidden from regular searches.
- Go to Inventory.
- Click Advanced Search.
- In the last drop-down, switch from Stock Items to Stock and Removed from Stock Items or Only Removed from Stock Items.
- Click Search.
About removing items
Use Remove from Stock for things that have left your inventory but whose history you want to keep. You can do it from the item's Edit page (Add History > Remove from Stock) or with the Remove From Stock button on a selection in list view. Choosing Return to Stock in the same place puts an item back. Deleting an item, by contrast, is permanent.
Items marked Removed from Stock still count toward your site's allowed number of items.
