Look up contact information

The Contacts page is your company phone list: names, phone numbers, emails and addresses for everyone in your productions, always as current as their profiles. The contact sheet shows if your role's Contact sheets permission is set to View contact sheets or higher.
- Click Contacts, then choose a production from the Production menu.
- You'll see everyone in a single list with their basic contact info. To change what's shown, click More Options and check the columns you want: Profile Photo, Roles, Phone Numbers, Email Address, Primary Address, Secondary Address or Deactivated Users.
- To split the list into groups, such as by department, use Show By. Roles and Show By work one production at a time.
- To take it with you, use the icons at the top right of the sheet: Export CSV for a spreadsheet or Print for paper. Both follow whatever production and columns you've chosen.
Private information
Anything a person has set to Managers only in their profile shows only to people whose role has Contact sheets set to View contact sheets, including private information. That setting also adds Emergency Contact Info, Allergies, Stage Name and Bios to More Options. Give it only to people who need it, such as stage managers.
Opening the CSV
The file opens in Excel or any spreadsheet program, and imports into Outlook, Gmail, Apple Contacts and most other address books.
