Only the calls you're called to sync to your personal calendar. Other people's calls don't, even if you can see them on All Calls in VirtualCallboard.

That keeps your own calendar to your own schedule. The feed covers calls from about a year back to a year ahead. It's one-way: changes in VirtualCallboard show up in your calendar app, but anything you add in the calendar app doesn't come back.

If you need to see everyone's calls, use the schedule in VirtualCallboard, where you can filter by production, space, call type and user.
