VirtualCallboard is designed to sync only the Calls you are assigned to with your personal calendar.

What this means

• Calls that appear on your personal schedule in VirtualCallboard will sync

• Calls listed under “All Calls” or belonging to other users will not sync

• This applies even if you can see those Calls in the system

Why it works this way

The purpose of calendar syncing is to help you:

• Merge your own VirtualCallboard Calls with your personal calendar

• Avoid clutter or confusion from calls you are not responsible for

• Keep personal calendars focused and reliable

If you need visibility instead

If you’re trying to:

• View other Calls in the system, or

• Coordinate around broader schedules

Those workflows are best handled inside VirtualCallboard, where filtering and visibility tools are available.
