Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Scale month view so it shows the entire month on the screen at once

    When working on schedules for multiple shows, it is hard to see the whole month on the screen.

    We are working on 3 work items that will improve this:
    1. Reduce the amount of screen real estate the filters take. We are working on implementing a redesign of these.

    2. Remove the footer when you’re viewing the schedule. This should recover about an inch of screen real estate from the bottom.

    3. Making parts of the schedule that are useful pin as you scroll (such as the time scale on the left side and the users/spaces at the top)

    We should be rolling out these changes in the next week or two.

  2. Consider Adding the ability to Move multiple items to a different Category.

    -Go to Inventory > Search and Check Out > List View
    -Select the boxes next to the Items you would like to move to a different Category
    --Notice there is no way to move items to different Category. (You must edit each item individually and change the category and save the change.

    As a Manager of certain Categories, I would like the option to move more than one item at a time to a different category,

  3. Add the ability to change the locations, of multiple items, at one time

    As a manager it would be nice to globally change locations of items that are being moved all at once?

  4. Add the ability to save filtered views of the schedule

    The default calendar view shows ALL "Call Types" and "Spaces." If you want to narrow down to specific Calls and/or Spaces, you can adjust the filters. If I want the come back to that search, I will need to reset the filter every time.

    Add the ability to save filtered views that I can come back to in the future.

  5. Add the ability to search for Availability based on Groups.

    As a Manager, I would like to:
    Search for the Availability of Groups of users, without having to select each user individually.

    This feature has been partially available fo a while now. The availability selector is now using the same user/departments/groups/roles selector are we use for adding users to the call.

    The user selector is working, but we are still trying to get the other section’s selectors to sub-select the users.
