Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Allow partial quantity check-ins for multi-quantity Check-outs

    Currently, when an item with a quantity greater than one is checked out (e.g., 4 speakers), all units must be checked back in together.

    Users would like the ability to check in part of the quantity without having to fully check in and then re-check out remaining items.

    *Example use case
    -4 speakers checked out for one month
    -Only 3 are used
    -User wants to return 1 speaker early without affecting the remaining 3

    *Current limitation
    -Must check in all 4
    -Then re-check out 3, creating unnecessary steps and potential confusion

  2. System becomes sluggish during batch item check-ins

    Users report noticeable sluggishness when checking in multiple items at once, particularly during batch check-in workflows.

    This includes delayed UI responses and longer processing times, making high-volume return workflows inefficient.
    *Observed behavior
    -Slow response times during batch check-in
    -Lag increases with number of items processed
    -More noticeable during active production periods
    *Impact
    -Slows down daily operations
    -Increases frustration during returns and inventory resets
    -Affects organizations managing large or frequent check-ins

  3. Select multiple items to check out while in Card View.

    Ability to select multiple items while still in card view to check out all at once rather than having to click on each item and check out individually or change to List View.

    Essentially adding the checkbox available in List View to the Card View.

  4. Outside User / Customer

    I want the ability to create a user that can access the inventory items and can check something out to and can be assigned to StageStock production. I don't want them to have access to my vendors/outside contacts.

  5. Select All for Checkout

    Add a 'Select All' option for all items in a search result to check out or reserve multiple items faster.

  6. Add the ability to checkout a reservation from the item page.

    We are adjusting the Reservation feature to allow the bundling of multiple items under one collection a "Named Reservation."

    -We are looking into how to best implement this with the new feature.
