Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Bundle items for check out. Like if you check out a Canon Camcorder it will come with (also check out) a battery pack, a lens hood etc.

  3. Custom Item labels: Ability for site admins to set the info to be printed on item labels

    Options to include:

    -ID#
    -Item Name
    -Category
    -Location (full sting)

  4. Note on items

    Add the ability to add a quick not on an item. Or at least an option to add a note as history

  5. Consider Adding the ability to Move multiple items to a different Category.

    -Go to Inventory > Search and Check Out > List View
    -Select the boxes next to the Items you would like to move to a different Category
    --Notice there is no way to move items to different Category. (You must edit each item individually and change the category and save the change.

    As a Manager of certain Categories, I would like the option to move more than one item at a time to a different category,

  6. Additional Item Navigation

    While "Viewing" or "Editing" items, it would be nice to be able to go to the next, or previous item.

  7. Add a button to duplicate "All Fields"

    When duplicating an item, there should be a button that allows me to add "All Fields."

    Clicking all three boxes (Condition, Images, Non-Image Files) takes a while, when I am adding many of the same time.

    Example: lighting instruments.

  8. Have the ability to link Actor and Characters names to an item.

    Especially in a University or Professional setting where you get to know the performers, it would be valuable to have something along the lines of "wearer history", by performer name or by being able to link measurement sheets. There are so many times when searching for the right garment you make connections of, "oh, this person wore it- then this person can wear it".
