Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add a bulk delete for notes and announcements.

    I have notes going all the way back to 2016. But to remove them, I have to open, delete, then return to the Notes page.

  2. Add the ability to collapse the recipients list in the on the VirtualCallboard Notes page: Web Browser

    This would allow the user to collapse long lists.

  3. Add the ability to collapse the recipients list in the VirtualCallboard App

    This function should apply to the "Notes" feature. Or move the Recipients list below the message, This would be similar to the Reports feature in the App.

  4. Note/Email Signatures

    Our company uses specific email signatures with company branding and it would be useful to be able to add that to the notes/emails.

  7. Saving Notes as Drafts

    It would be great if there were a way to save drafts of Notes before they are sent out. As it currently is when you open a note, if you click out of the popup, it gets rid of your progress. If it saved the draft (either automatically or manually by the user), it would be extremely helpful.

  8. Direct messaging from their profile.

    Add the ability to send a message to a User from their profile info page.
